Help Us Nourish Communities – Donate Food Today

Every day, good food goes to waste while many in our communities go without.

At KiwiHarvest, we rescue quality surplus food that can’t be sold—whether it’s slightly imperfect, short-dated or has damaged packaging—and deliver it directly to local foodbanks and community groups. These groups provide more than just a meal—they offer wraparound support like budgeting advice, housing assistance, training, and counselling.

What Can You Donate?

We collect:

  • Ambient, fresh, and frozen foods

  • Cooked and pre-prepared meals

  • Sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-eat “grab & go” items

If it’s safe to eat and no longer suitable for retail, we can likely use it.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept previously served meals or food unfit for human consumption.

Why Donate?

  • Reduce food waste and landfill pressure

  • Save on disposal costs – less food waste means fewer rubbish collections and lower landfill fees

  • Support your local community directly

  • Make a real impact with your surplus
