Distribution Centres & Wholesalers – Clear Space, Feed Communities

In fast-moving supply chains, surplus happens. Damaged pallets, short-dated stock, or over-ordered inventory can quickly take up valuable space—and cost you in disposal fees.

KiwiHarvest works with distribution centres, 3PL providers, and wholesalers to rescue perfectly good food and redirect it to local foodbanks and community groups across Aotearoa.

We collect in bulk, move quickly, and handle food safely—so you can focus on your core business while making a real difference.

What Can You Donate?

We accept bulk quantities of:

  • Short-dated or close-to-expiry stock

  • Partially damaged or broken-down pallets

  • Overstock, redundant, or deleted product lines

  • Food that’s unsaleable but still safe to eat

  • Dry, chilled, ambient, and frozen goods

We do not accept previously opened, unsealed, or unfit-for-consumption items.

Why Donate?

  • Free up warehouse space quickly

  • Reduce waste and disposal costs

  • Support your local community directly

  • Improve your sustainability and waste diversion efforts

  • Meet internal CSR, ESG, and compliance goals
